Pop Art Chairs by Fornasetti

Pop art is revived with Fornasetti black lacquer chair. I

mmortalized with Lina Cavalieri’s profile, decency saved with a pink goon mask covering her entire face except her eyes. The chair almost appears to possess a soul.

Fornasetti’s piece is made out of 100% lacquered wood, painted black except for the details on the backrest. The chair stands at 95 centimeters top to bottom, with the seat at 40 centimeters.

Fornasetti is a family-run design business currently headed by the son of the late founder. Their products are a gorgeous mix of pop art and Victorian-style etches.

She's been writing since she was old enough to pick up a pen and has never shied away from the unusual or the whimsical. Her love of the unique (and sometimes bizarre) led her to Captivatist.
