Funky Colorful Furniture: Hybrid by Alle

Furniture designer Jose Marton designed this fun and funky colorful furniture for the Brazilian company Alle. The Italian designer created the Hybrid, a collection of tables, lighting fixtures, wall-mounted accessories, and combinations of such as functional and colorful art.

Making each piece employs a process called “entrelinhas”, Marton’s trademarked technique for striped acrylic.

He named this collection Hybrid because of its multi-functionality. Some tables can double as vases, lighting as tables, and mirrors as shelving.

The creative design also emphasizes sustainability, as the waste produced during production is collected and re-used for creation of another product. Visit Alle for details about this funky furniture. (via Freshome)
